Kate Townsend is a certified with a diploma in Weight Management Coaching and Nutrition.
Kate has been in the Health and fitness industry for 14 years and is a qualified level 5 PT and Fitness instructor.
She has battled her own weight loss issues over the years, which lead her to study nutrition. It was during her nutrition course it dawned on her, that current weight loss tactics don't work for the long-term, so how do we fix it? Most people know what they should be eating and what weight they should sit at for a health but struggle to find the way to join the two together.
That's what weight management coaching has taught her, the how to do it, and do it for life long change ... not just 8 weeks.

This is unlike anything I’ve tried before, it’s a combination of weight, health coaching/therapy and has systems in place to make weight loss manageable. Everybody is different so what works for one definitely doesn’t work for another, Kate breaks these all down (and I mean all down) and finds those points of weaknesses. If it’s too much food, not the right types of foods, if it’s not enough exercise and if it’s ingrained emotional habits, there is so much more at play, and Kate helps to change these for the better.
Kate is such a wealth of knowledge! She has so much information on how your body works and why you eat the food's you do and why you should eat certain foods. Kate is so supportive and offers lots of great advice on things you could change/do better. Everything was broken down into small goals that are easier to achieve and aren’t overwhelming, you are your own driving force but you have the amazing support of Kate. These changes then become a long term lifestyle chance rather than just a quick fix. I can’t thank Kate enough for all her help and support.
